Warum der Office Look nicht zwingend bieder sein muss
Bestimmt geht es vielen von euch ähnlich. Man steht morgens – eh schon ein wenig zu spät – auf und stellt sich tagtäglich die selbe Frage. Was ziehe ich bloß an?! Der Kleiderschrank platzt aus allen Nähten und dennoch hat man das Gefühl nichts zum Anziehen zu haben.
Der Rock ist zu kurz, das Top zwickt, das Kleid ist zu eng…. Gerade seit ich berufstätig bin und auch oftmals in größeren Meetings sitze, ist es mir wichtig, dass mein „Businesslook“ stimmt. Die Anforderungen an das Outfit sind hoch: Es muss einerseits bequem sein, darf aber auch nicht zu leger aussehen. Es soll elegant, aber nicht zu bieder sein und am besten auch Afterwork eine gute Figur machen. Und gerade jetzt im Winter soll es natürlich auch noch kuschelig warm sein. Gar nicht so einfach würde ich sagen. Kein Wunder also, dass ich morgens gut und gerne mal 20 Minuten ratlos vor dem Kleiderschrank stehe.
Bei mir kommt noch hinzu, dass ich mich im Winter nur ganz schwer bis gar nicht von meinen verspielten Sommerkleidern trennen kann. In einer ruhigen Minute (ok, in mehr als einer Minute;) und vor allem nicht morgens) habe ich mein perfektes Business Outfit zusammengestellt, das ich gerne in verschiedenen Abwandlungen trage.
In diesem Look kombiniere ich einen cozy Strickpullover von EDITED zu einem Blumenkleid von & Other Stories. Zu guter Letzte noch Slouch Overknees von EDITED und meine heiß geliebte Coccinelle Bag in Rauleder. Der Mantel ist übrigens von H&M und passt zu fast jedem Outfit.
How to create a playful office look
Certainly it is similar to many of you. You get up in the morning – a little too late anyway – and ask yourself the same question every day. What am I supposed to wear?! The closet is literally bursting at the seams and yet you have the feeling that you have nothing to wear.
The skirt is too short, the top tweaks, the dress is too tight …. Especially since I’m working and spending a lot of time sitting in meetings it is important to me that my „business look“ looks appropriate. The demands on the outfit are high: It has to be comfortable but not too casual, elegant but not too staid and it supposed to look great afterwork. Especially now, in winter it should also be cuddly warm. So it´s quiet difficult. No wonder then, that most of the time I takes me 20 minutes in the morning to find the perfect outfit.
For me it´s also hard to do without my playful summer dresses. In a quiet minute (ok, in more than a minute;) and especially not in the morning) I put together my perfect business outfit, which I like to wear in different variations.
In this look I combine a cozy knit jumper from EDITED with a floral dress from & Other Stories. Last but not least slouch overknees from EDITED and my beloved colorful Coccinelle Bag. By the way, the coat is from H&M and fits almost every outfit.
